Email [email protected] — we read everything. If you're writing about a specific alert, include the link from the alert email so we can look at exactly what you saw.
Every alert links to a match page showing the exact price breakdown Scour observed and why it matched your terms. Prices, shipping, tax, and stock can change between our check and your click — the match page shows the timestamp of each observation. If something still looks wrong (wrong product, wrong variant, a price we should never have matched), forward the alert email or send the match link to [email protected] and we'll investigate the source.
Open the Scour from your dashboard (or the "Manage or pause this Scour" link in any alert email). From its detail page you can pause, resume, or delete it. Paused Scours stop checking and stop alerting until you resume them. Email and push alerts can be turned off globally in Settings.
In the iOS app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, Scours, saved locations, and alert history — it cannot be undone. On the web, email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
